Return & Exchange Policy

At The Baskets (www.thebaskets.pk), we aim to deliver high-quality kitchenware and packaging baskets. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help with a simple and fair return & exchange process.

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:

· You received a damaged or defective product 

· You received the wrong item 

· The product is unused, in original condition, and with packaging intact 

Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

· Used or damaged items (caused after delivery)

· Customized or made-to-order baskets

· Bulk/wholesale orders (unless damaged or incorrect) 

3. Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact us via WhatsApp or call at 0304 1241111 within 3 days

2. Share your order details and product images 

3. Our team will review and guide you with the next steps 

4. Refund Policy

· Refunds are only applicable in case of product unavailability or approved return cases

· Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or agreed method within 5–7 working days 

· Delivery charges are non-refundable 

5. Exchange Policy

· Exchanges are subject to stock availability 

· If the replacement item has a price difference, the customer will either pay the difference or receive balance accordingly 

6. Shipping for Returns

· For damaged or incorrect items, return shipping may be covered by us 

· For other valid exchanges, the customer may need to bear the shipping cost 

7. In-Store Returns

You can also visit our physical location for returns or exchanges:

8. Important Notes

· Please check your parcel at the time of delivery

· Claims without proof (images/videos) may not be accepted

· We reserve the right to accept or reject any return request based on product condition
